Returns

Entherm accepts returns within 30 days of delivery if the product is new and still in its original, unopened box.

To start a return, email sales@entherm.com or call 1-877-368-4376. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the item.

Opened, used, or custom-built items are not eligible.
