Products and information

We try to describe products, specifications and images accurately. Manufacturer specifications, datasheets and manuals are provided by the manufacturers and may change without notice. Product selection and application suitability are the buyer's responsibility. Our team is glad to help, and recommendations we make are based on the information you provide. Installation and wiring should be done by qualified personnel following the manufacturer's instructions and applicable codes.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Lead times and availability are estimates and depend on the manufacturer. If a price or listing is in error, or an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you before your order is filled and you may cancel for a full refund. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or payment can't be verified. Payment is collected at checkout through our store's secure payment processor. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.

Shipping

Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you when the shipment is delivered to the carrier. Please inspect your order on arrival and tell us about any shipping damage or shortage right away.

Returns

New, unopened items in the original box may be returned within 30 days. The customer pays return shipping. See our Returns policy for details, or contact sales@entherm.com or 1-877-368-4376 to start a return.

Warranty

Products are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. Except for that warranty, products are sold as-is, and Entherm disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Entherm is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost production or profits. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Website use

Site content, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Entherm or its suppliers. Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners. Please don't misuse the site or attempt to interfere with its operation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
